Physical Examinations
Students registering for athletics must have a current physical exam form uploaded to the activity portal before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS TAKEN APRIL 1 AND THEREAFTER IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING TWO SCHOOL YEARS; PHYSICAL EXAMINATION TAKEN BEFORE APRIL 1 IS ONLY VALID FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SCHOOL YEAR
To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts (take a picture of the physical form to upload).
Impact Testing
High school student athletes must have a current concussion test on file before participating in practice/tryouts. In the month of May, testing is done for incoming freshmen, juniors and first time athletes for the following school year. If the student did not complete an Impact Test, contact the athletic trainer at 863-4254 to schedule an appointment.
Athletic Fee
The one time per year athletic fee of $30 high school, ($20 middle school), payment should be made at the time all other class fees, parking fees, etc. are paid through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. At the Parent Portal under Fees, click on options and add Athletic Fee to the cart if the student will be participating in athletics for the school year, or payment may be made in the school office.
